The subject properties are located at the northwest corner of Bible Road & Stewart Road\, Lima\, OH 45801\, Parcel Numbers 37-1700-04-001.000 & 37-1700-04-001.004. The application has been submitted by Micah Hollinger\, 1596 Neubrecht Road\, Lima\, OH 45801. \nThis hearing is being conducted as per Article 31 of the Bath Township Zoning Resolution. The rezoning application documents may be reviewed prior to the public hearing at the Bath Township office during posted business hours.
