The subject properties are located on Harding Highway\, Willard Avenue &/or Bristol Avenue\, Lima\, OH 45804. Parcel Numbers: 37-3311-11-006.000; 37-3311-11-007.000; 37-3311-11-008.000; 37-3311-11-009.000; 37-3311-11-010.000; 37-3311-11-011.000; & 37-3311-11-012.000. The application has been submitted by Jason Szuch\, 2145 E. Bluelick Road\, Lima\, OH 45801. \nThis hearing is being conducted as per Article 31 of the Bath Township Zoning Resolution. The rezoning application documents may be reviewed prior to the public hearing at the Bath Township office during posted business hours.
