Recently the General Assembly made changes to the Ohio Open Meetings Act in response to the COVID-19 outbreak (HB197). The bill allows public bodies to conduct meetings electronically during this state of emergency. In order to maintain continuity of township business the Bath Township Board of Trustees have decided to conduct our regular scheduled meeting on August 4\, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via “GotoMeeting”. The text of this proposed motor vehicle registration tax resolution will be available for public examination from July 23\, 20 through August 17\, 2020\, Monday through Thursday\, inclusive\, at the Bath Township Trustees’ office\, located at 2880 Ada Road\, Lima\, Ohio 45801 during regular business hours.
