DESCRIPTION:Bath Township Zoning Commission \nNotice of Public Hearing: Case #117 \nThe Bath Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing for Case #117 on Thursday July 18\, 2024\, at 6:30 pm in the Boardroom of the Bath Township House at 2880 Ada Road\, Lima\, Ohio 45801. \nThis public hearing is for the purpose of considering an Application For Zoning Amendment\, regarding two (2) parcels from RU: Rural District to M1: General Manufacturing District. The subject properties are located at the northwest corner of Bible Road & Stewart Road\, Lima\, OH 45801\, Parcel Numbers 37-1700-04-001.000 & 37-1700-04-001.004. The application has been submitted by Micah Hollinger\, 1596 Neubrecht Road\, Lima\, OH 45801. \nThis hearing is being conducted as per Article 31 of the Bath Township Zoning Resolution. The rezoning application documents may be reviewed prior to the public hearing at the Bath Township office during posted business hours. Upon conclusion of this hearing\, the Zoning Commission will make a recommendation to the Bath Township Board of Trustees.
