The subject property is 28.5 acres located on Slabtown Road.\, Lima\, Ohio 45801. Parcel No. 37-1604-01-002.000. The application has been submitted by Jerry Nickles\, 701 Flanders Avenue\, Lima\, OH 45801. \nThis hearing is being conducted as per Article 31 of the Bath Township Zoning Resolution. The rezoning application documents may be reviewed prior to the public hearing at the Bath Township office during normal business hours. Upon conclusion of this hearing\, the Zoning Commission will make a recommendation to the Bath Township Board of Trustees.
