Bath Township Zoning – Legal Notice Pursuant to O.R.C. 505.871

 Pursuant to 505.871 of the Ohio Revised Code and Bath Township Resolution No. 8-19-2025-03, the Bath Township Board of Trustees (Board) has found that the outside storage of junk motor vehicles on property located at 1311 McKinley Avenue, Parcel #37-3005-02-017.000, in Bath Twp., Allen Co., Ohio, last known record owner being Kimberly S. Dailey, constitutes a nuisance. The Board hereby orders Kimberly S. Dailey as the record owner of this property, to remove or make arrangements to remove the junk motor vehicles within fourteen (14) days from the date of this posting.

If the junk motor vehicles are not removed, or arrangements for removal are not made within fourteen (14) days from the date of this posting, the Board will remove the junk motor vehicles and all expenses incurred in the removal will be entered upon the tax duplicate and will be a lien upon the property from the date of entry.
