Notice of Public Hearing – Case #332

Bath Township Board of Zoning Appeals – Case #332

The Bath Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for
Case #332 on Tuesday May 13, 2025, at 6:30 pm. The hearing will be held
in the Boardroom of the Bath Township House at 2880 Ada Road, Lima, Ohio.

An application for a variance, as provided by Article 30 of the Bath Township Zoning Resolution, is requested. The purpose of the variance is to allow for a reduced lot width. The application for variance was submitted by James Randall Davis.
