The hearing will be held in the Boardroom of the Bath Township House at 2880 Ada Road, Lima, Ohio. An application for a variance, as provided by Article 30 of the Bath Township Zoning Resolution, is requested. The purpose of the variance is to allow for signage that exceed the limits set forth by the Bath Township Zoning Resolution.
