Notice of Public Hearing - Bath Township Board of Zoning Appeals Case #334 The Bath Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for Case #334 on Tuesday April 28, 2026, at 7:00 pm. The hearing will be held in the Boardroom of the Bath Township House at 2880 Ada Road, Lima, Ohio. An application for a variance, as provided by Article 30 of the Bath Township Zoning Resolution, is requested. The purpose of the variance is to allow for a quasi-public use in a manufacturing district. The application for the variance was submitted by Charles Boughan.
