Bath Township Zoning Commission Notice of Public Hearing: Case #120

The Bath Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing for Case #120 on Wednesday June 3, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the Boardroom of the Bath Township House at 2880 Ada Road, Lima, Ohio 45801. This public hearing is for the purpose of considering an addendum to the Bath Township Zoning Resolution.

This hearing is being conducted as per Article 31, Amendments to the Zoning Resolution and/or The Zoning Map, of the Bath Township Zoning Resolution. Upon conclusion of this hearing, the Zoning Commission will make a recommendation to the Bath Township Board of Trustees. The Trustees will then hold a public hearing at a date to be determined.
