Case #330

The Bath Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for
Case #330 on Tuesday April 30, 2024, at 6:00 pm. The hearing will be held
in the Boardroom of the Bath Township House at 2880 Ada Road, Lima, Ohio.

An application for a variance, as provided by Article 30 of the Bath Township Zoning Resolution, is requested. The purpose of the requested variance is to allow for the construction of signage exceeding permitted specifications. The application for variance was submitted by Summit Locations, LLC.
