Bath Township Board of Zoning Appeals – Case #333

The Bath Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for
Case #333 on Monday October 20, 2025, at 6:30 pm. The hearing will be held
in the Boardroom of the Bath Township House at 2880 Ada Road, Lima, Ohio.

An application for a variance, as provided by Article 30 of the Bath Township Zoning Resolution, is requested. The purpose of the variance is to allow for residential use in a business district. The application for the variance was submitted by Jill Bakies.
