Notice of Public Hearing: Case #120

The Bath Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing for Case #120 on Tuesday July 7, 2026, at 6:30 pm in the Boardroom of the Bath Township House at 2880 Ada Road, Lima, Ohio 45801.

This public hearing is for the purpose of considering an addendum to the Bath Township Zoning Resolution.

This hearing is being conducted as per Article 31 of the Bath Township Zoning Resolution. The rezoning application documents may be reviewed prior to the public hearing at the Bath Township office during normal business hours. Upon conclusion of this public hearing, the Bath Township Board of Trustees will act on the matter within 20 days, during an upcoming regularly scheduled Board meeting.
