Case #335

The Bath Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for
Case #335 on Monday August 3, 2026, at 6:30 pm. The hearing will be held
in the Boardroom of the Bath Township House at 2880 Ada Road, Lima, Ohio.

An application for a variance, as provided by Article 30 of the Bath Township Zoning Resolution, is requested. The purpose of the variance is to allow for signage that exceed the limits set forth by the Bath Township Zoning Resolution. The application for the variance was submitted by Springfield Sign, Springfield, MO.
