Location: Corner of North Dixie & Ada Road
Now is the time to rid your property of unwanted clutter, junk, debris, and useless collections of scrap easily and quickly. Clear your yard, house, and garage, and help cleanup your neighborhood at the same time.
DO NOT BRING: TIRES, BOATS, GARBAGE, PAINT, OIL, SOLVENTS, ANTIFREEZE OR CHEMICALS OF ANY KIND. You will be asked to take these items back home with you.
Equipment will be available to assist in unloading large items, but this is a volunteer, community effort. Your help and cooperation are needed and will be greatly appreciated. Be prepared to lift or throw items over the sides of the containers.
Keeping inoperable, unlicensed and/or junk motor vehicles outside of an enclosed building is a violation of The Bath Township Zoning Resolution.

Community Recycling Program
Monthly recycling drop-off for Bath Township is the on the third Thursday of every month from 2:30 – 5:00 p.m. at the Township Hall located on St. Rt. 81. Please do not dump recyclables at township before 2:30 p.m. or they will be put in the dumpster.

The Bath Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for
Case #334 on Tuesday April 28, 2026, at 7:00 pm. The hearing will be held
in the Boardroom of the Bath Township House at 2880 Ada Road, Lima, Ohio.
An application for a variance, as provided by Article 30 of the Bath Township Zoning Resolution, is requested. The purpose of the variance is to allow for a quasi-public use in a manufacturing district. The application for the variance was submitted by Charles Boughan.

- Pursuant to 505.871 of the Ohio Revised Code and Bath Township Resolution No. 1-20-26-9, the Bath Township Board of Trustees (Board) has found that the outside storage of junk motor vehicles on property located on 1200 McKinley Avenue, Parcel #37-3005-14-014.000, in Bath Twp., Allen Co., Ohio, last known record owner being Roger Reynolds, constitutes a nuisance. The Board hereby orders Roger Reynolds, as the record owner of this property, to remove or make arrangements to remove the junk motor vehicles within fourteen (14) days from the date of this posting.
- Pursuant to 505.871 of the Ohio Revised Code and Bath Township Resolution No. 1-20-26-8, the Bath Township Board of Trustees (Board) has found that the outside storage of junk motor vehicles on property located on 5210 Stewart Road, Parcel #37-0400-02-004.000, in Bath Twp., Allen Co., Ohio, last known record owner being Barbara Greene, constitutes a nuisance. The Board hereby orders Barbara Greene, as the record owner of this property, to remove or make arrangements to remove the junk motor vehicles within fourteen (14) days from the date of this posting.
If the junk motor vehicles are not removed, or arrangements for removal are not made within fourteen (14) days from the date of this posting, the Board will cause the removal of the junk motor vehicles and all expenses incurred in the removal will be entered upon the tax duplicate and will be a lien upon the property from the date of entry.
